Getro’s Tracked Metrics

When it comes to communicating the ROI of your Getro Job Board, we suggest keeping an eye on these primary metrics:

Metric What it means Why it’s important Where to find it What it’s Worth
Page Visits This metric showcases the number of times your job board was accessed over a given period of time. It provides insight into the level of traffic your job board receives and how frequently your job board is accessed. You can find this metric directly in two places in your Getro Admin Portal:
  1. Directly on the Home page. Here, you can filter by date to view the raw number of page visits over a specific time period.

  2. In the Analytics tab. Here, you can view more detailed page visit data, including specific numbers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis in addition to a graph where you can view overall page visit trends over specific time periods. | $3.33/each

| | Likely Applied | This metric can tell you how many job seekers have likely submitted applications from your job board. Any time a job seeker views a job description on Getro and clicks the "Apply" button, they are counted as “Likely Applied.” | Since jobseekers apply directly on listed company career pages (whose ATSs’ we don’t have access to), this metric is the best indication of the amount of traffic you are driving to your listed companies’ career pages. | You can find this metric directly on the Home page in your Getro Admin Portal. Once there, you can choose your desired date range and download your Likely Applied data directly to your computer. This will include all jobs, their associated companies, and numbers of Likely Applied clicks per job. | $40/each

Most companies receive approximately 118 candidates for each hire they make. Every application that your job board brings in can get a company on your job board closer to making a key hire.

Total value of applicants from job board = Applicants * Cost per hire / Applications needed to make a hire = Applicants * $40 (= $4,700 / 118) | | Hires/Team Assisted Hires | These metrics, available only to GetroConnect customers, contain essential information regarding hires across your network:

Hires: GetroConnect auto-tracks and flags when a member of your network gets hired by one of your listed companies.

Team-Assisted Hires: This metric offers a way for you to manually track when auto-flagged hires are the result of an introduction you or your team has made. | This metric provides insight into the relevance of your network to your listed companies and the value your team’s intros drive for those companies. | You can find this metric on the Hires tab. You’ll notice the total numbers of Hires and Team-Assisted Hires at the top of the page and details about those hires (names, companies, roles, date detected, and who within your network they’re connected to) further down. | $4,700/each (Team Assisted)

According to a survey conducted by SHRM, the average cost per hire for organizations in the United States is about $4,700.

Total value of team-assisted hires = Hires made * Avg. cost per hire ($4,700) | | | | | | |

How to Communicate Value by Relevant Stakeholder:

While these metrics are great, they don’t really say much about the value Getro drives on their own. Here are some ways you can translate these metrics to provide greater clarity on the impact Getro drives for your team.
